Sean Curneen

Sean Curneen started his restaurant career as a busboy at Lucky Strike in the early 1990’s. From there he went on to work on different projects separately with Keith McNally and Billy Gilroy. Sean has held many different positions in food service and for the past 15 years has either been an owner, General Manager, or both. Some of those stints include General Manager of Bubby’s in Dumbo where their fast paced, high volume atmosphere yielded 500 plus covers per brunch. In 2018, he became a partner in Casa Pública. Sean has lived in Williamsburg for the past 21 years. He currently lives a few blocks from Casa Pública with his wife and two daughters.
